Shipping Information

Marchez Vous ships all packages with FedEx. All orders placed Monday through Thursday are shipped within 72 hours. Please expect delays for orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and on holidays. If you choose to upgrade your shipping to 2 day or overnight the orders are expedited the same and shipped accordingly.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 45 days of receipt for shoes that have not been worn, altered, or damaged. Shoes must be returned in their original box in the same condition as they were received (without damages to the shoe box or inside packaging), and using the shipping container and pre-addressed return label provided by Marchez Vous. Shoes will be inspected upon arrival. If approved, Marchez Vous will reimburse the full price of the purchase to your account. We do not issue store credit. Please note: We do not reimburse the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed within two weeks of the date of the return shipment.
